Why I Built this

Men need to know that their part in the fertility journey matters. Society has placed most, if not all, of the pressure on women. The fact of the matter is that we (as men) play an incredibly significant role in the process and if we don't know what that role is until it is too late -- we can't do anything about it. This website serves as a message to all men -- do your 90 days -- it matters!

Your Journey

Most people are totally blinded by the fact that not everyone's journey is like their own. "Just relax" doesn't apply to all of us. Sometimes we need to take matters into our own hands and make changes that make a significant difference in order to receive the outcomes we desire. This website serves as a testament to my choices, and my truth, the differences those choices made, and I hope it serves as a launching pad for yours.

The Bonus Reason...

Because if one more person asked "do you have kids" with my response being something like: "my wife and I are trying to have our first, no luck yet". Followed by anything close to: "Want me to show you how?" I was going to lose my shit!!! Fuck any dude that thinks this is an appropriate response to someone that didn't have it as easy as they did -- oh and by the way, your child received every bad choice you made leading up to your easy path to fatherhood on a silver platter...
